Dr. Luo graduated from the University of California Davis School of Medicine in 2002. She specializes in Internal Medicine, Pain Medicine and Hospice and
Palliative Care. Currently Dr. Luo is an associate professor at the Kaiser Permanente Institute of Medical Education. Dr. Luo leads the outpatient palliative care program at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center where she has established an Oncology Supportive Care Clinic and recently initiated a home health specialty palliative care program.
